Carlos is an award winning chef that has been all over the culinary grid. Starting off at the French Culinary Institute, to the streets of Manhattan working at some of the best restaurants this side of the world has to offer. Upon his return home to Connecticut he began his career as a pastry chef and opened up his own bakery in Watertown.
Here At The Corner we are lucky to have Carlos on our team. He brings a flare to the kitchen that can never be undervalued.
